VastPunt® Portal — Governance of digital sovereignty across cloud, hybrid and on-premises system stacks

VastPunt® Portal v1.46.0 is a conform digital implementation of the SoevereinStack® methodology (SSM) v1.0. The release implements the formal SSM core objects, immutable method and stack revisions, content-bound evidence, semantic gates, frozen results, and a PostgreSQL-validated fresh/clone lifecycle with one identical method package. The conformity declaration applies to the exact attested source archive and Docker image. External empirical validation of the methodology as an assessment method is a separate follow-up phase.
